Our client in Calgary is searching for an Estimating Manager to join their team. A successful candidate will be the point of expertise for all department’s knowledge such as proposal development, bid preparation, regulatory compliance, client relations, and provide continuous improvement. This role will report to the VP Operations.

Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To
• Lead the estimating team in reviewing client requests and producing comprehensive proposals.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality work.
• Take an active role in bid preparation, ensuring the quality and accuracy of each proposal.
• Assist in setting initial project budgets based on accurate estimates, contributing to the financial planning process while maintaining a focus on cost efficiency.
