About The Role
• Work closely with our Business Manager and Clinical Team to manage staff and ensure Participant satisfaction.
• A genuine blend between coordination, advisory, administration (with our valued participants, family members and employees)
• Work closely with the Clinical team to implement and assist in the development of business strategies to improve communication and improving employee retention and happiness.
• We are seeking an applicant who is not afraid of administration, able to "roll their sleeves up" and have a genuine positive and "can do" attitude.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
• Ensure excellence in Participant service delivery.
• Assist in operations including ensuring suitable staff for participants organising training days, induction of our support workers.
• Manage and oversee participant rosters.
