Skills & Experience
• Must have experience in a similar role in the kitchen
• Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery, but not essential
• Have an understanding of food safety requirements
• Implementation for seasonal changes and weekly and weekend Specials.
• Liaising with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen
• Excellent communication and time management skills are essential
• Exceptional personal presentation standards
• Integrity and honesty are essential

Ability to stock take and order from suppliers effectively

Ability to create specials and introduce it to management
