Job Title: Reward Consultant (4-6 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Location: Hampshire

Position Overview: We are seeking a Strategic Reward Consultant to join our client's team on a fixed-term contract basis for 4-6 months. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing and implementing reward programs, with a specific focus on share plans, Job Family pay, and grading structures based on job evaluation methodologies, particularly utilizing Willis Towers Watson systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and Develop Reward Strategies: Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and develop comprehensive reward strategies aligned with the organization's objectives and values.
