(Factory & Accounting Firm)

Duties to perform will be:

- Month-end closure monitoring. Actual preparation and postings will be done by the Finance Team in Mexico. (Strict deadlines)

- Preparation of balance sheet support file for each month.

- Assistance with payment preparations to foreign group entities.

- Ensuring transactions captured by the AP India and Finance Mexico Teams are done correctly.

- Assistance with creditor reconciliation questions, locally and AP India Team. (Identifying unprocessed transactions.)

- Assistance with debtor questions, locally and AR Romania Team.

- Ad-hoc questions from local management team and from FP&A Romania Team.

- Assistance with costing of products.

- Audit file preparation, including annual reconciliations.

- Audit trial balance preparation. (IFRS compliant)

- Assisting the auditors with requested information.

- Monitoring the audit, ensure all feedback is collected and provided to the auditors.
