The essential responsibilities include:

Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the MD, screening and directing inquiries, emails, and phone calls as necessary.

Travel Arrangements: Coordinate all travel logistics for the MD, including flight bookings, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary planning, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely arrangements.

Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings attended by the MD, ensuring all necessary materials are organized and distributed in advance. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as required.

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, managing expenses, and maintaining files and records with the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality.
