The Resource Advisor is a technical expert in workforce planning. The role will involve working with our key stakeholders to ensure current and future programmes and projects are resourced with enough people with the right skills. This will be through gathering and interrogating resource data and working alongside and supporting others in producing local resource models, and resource scenario plans and related activities.

You will also be a key member of the Integrated Delivery Team, as an expert in resourcing including your knowledge of different types of resourcing. You will need to be confident in your influencing abilities.
