The Senior Coordinator, Workforce Planning is responsible for the planning and coordination of rostering within the region and will work closely with other senior managers to align QAS and government strategies and systems to business requirements. The role will develop and implement best practice strategies to support performance targets in relation to workforce planning and management. The role also oversees management and coordination of operational resources, to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of operational services.

The Senior Coordinator, Workforce Planning actively contributes to the achievement of QAS business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) and supports operational service delivery through the provision of effective workforce planning, rostering and management services.
