This is a full-time on-site role as a Cook CDP hot section&gardemanger, located in Kas. As a cook CDP hot section&gardemanger, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food in the hot section and/or gardemanger, ensuring that food is prepared to the highest quality and meeting the required standards and specific menus for the dishes. You will also supervise other kitchen staff, manage inventory, place orders, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

Qualifications
• Experience as a Cook CDP hot section&gardemanger, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment and utensils
• Ability to read, comprehend, and execute recipes accurately and efficiently
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen at all times
• High school diploma or GED.
