HR Business Partner II for Supply Chain and Operations

LOCATION: Haddenham UK (onsite role)

Reporting to EMEA Supply Chain and Operations HR Director, this HR Business Partner position acts as a strategic partner to Haddenham Operations and Supply Chain Directors, and their respective leadership teams in developing and implementing programs and initiatives that support and enable the organization’s short- and long-range goals and objectives. This position develops a consistent approach and process to implement HR programs and practices across Haddenham Operations and UK Supply Chain teams.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive the HR agenda for the Haddenham Operations and UK Supply Planning Teams which support business growth, builds capabilities and drives engagement, in partnership with managers.
