Job Description

Market Research and Analysis

Gather & analyze secondary and primary data about markets (travel behavior, consumer behavior, passenger demand & traffic, market sizing)

Work with cross-departmental functions (data insights, route revenue, finance, network, marketing) to generate passenger forecasting / revenue projections

Provide feasibility analysis for new markets

Go-To-Market

Develop a go-to-market strategy for new markets that includes operations setup, target setting, partnership identification, commercial strategy, and launch plan

Project Management

Work with cross-departmental functions to execute the go-to market strategy

Monitor sales performance until inaugural & develop strategic initiatives to address gaps in the go-to-market strategy

Ensure timely implementation of the marketing plan until launch

Ensure smooth turnover of market to marketing team who will sustain the market / product
