• Provide system support day to day operation of SAPB1 system and convey resolutions to end user issues
• Undertaken system analysis, system design and SQL script
• Troubleshoot system issue and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet user requirement
• Able to coordinate with IT vendor on discussion, design, testing and implementation of software
• Conduct end user training, guidance and prepare documentations for the process
• Make off site visits to support other branches and report to IT manager on all projects progress
• Any other duty as assigned by project
• To control the access right of SAP under authorization and approval template
• Responsible to perform inventory MAP over after stock count activity
• Maintain and monitor company web-based application
