We are currently looking for a self-motivated Office Coordinator on behalf of an industrial manufacturer based in the Tameside area. You will be in charge of overseeing all activity within the office department.

What’s The Gist?
• Salary: £25,000
• Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 4:30pm / Friday 12:30pm finish
• 28 days annual leave
• Free parking

What will you be doing?
• Supervising all sales and the office area
• Inputting sales orders to management systems
• Receiving and taking sales calls
• Liasing with both internal and external personnel
• Coordinating dispatch of orders
• Inputting purchase orders, booking in & invoicing
• Purchase order input & booking-in
• Reconciling invoices
• Any office duties as required
