Our client is a telecommunications company who require a field engineer. This is a contracted assignment as they have an upcoming project expected to last until the end of August.

Duties Include:
• Windows 11 Upgrade PC’s - issuing new devices to various sites and removal of all old devices.
• Complete job surveys on company smartphone (including adding photos to job)
• Dealing with customers onsite and sending details to the head office.

At each site the engineers will complete the below activities and record the details on the allocated job on Alpha.

Step by Step:
• Sign into site with manager and confirm that the visit can go ahead and the number of devices to be upgraded.
• Remove old Equipment (Laptop or PC) - scan the serial onto Alpha as uplifted stock and take photo of the removed device * *Take note of any damage and ensure this is captured on the photo.
