Supported Accommodation Manager (Young People)
Salary: £32,320 - £33,820.80 per annum

Hours:

40 hours per week (Mon to Fri)

We are looking to hire a Supported Accommodation Manager. The company offers safe, supportive environments for 16+ unaccompanied asylum seekers, homeless youths, and care leavers. The facilities include mainly flats (24 hour) and a Hub, operating from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Requirements

Diploma Level 3/4 in Children, Young People, and Families Practitioner.

Willingness to undertake Level 5 in Children, Young People, and Families Manager.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in children’s social care or supported accommodation.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, legislation, and best practices.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Flexibility to work on a shift basis.
