Senior Property Manager – Phuket (Expat)

Responsibilities :

Manages all aspects of property management portfolio for multiple clients
• Responds to client needs, ensuring that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and contractual obligations and standards.
• Ensures periodic regulated property inspections. Recommends and approves alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning as necessary.

Contracts and supervises vendor services as required.
• Negotiates renewal of vendors or subcontractors agreements and provides performance reviews for client approval.
• Ensures that necessary meetings, such as AGMs and extraordinary meetings are held in accordance with the law.
• Supervises staff under portfolio, including approval for recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination, staff performance appraisal, mentoring, and coaching.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in a related field and a minimum of 3-6 years of related experience
