Responsibilities :
• Conduct comprehensive inspections of construction projects to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Review architectural and structural plans to verify accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with construction teams, providing guidance on code compliance and addressing any concerns.
• Document inspection findings, prepare detailed reports, and communicate recommendations for corrective actions.
• Stay informed about relevant building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in building construction and project management, preferably in Large scale hospitality (Resort) and / or Industrial projects
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
