ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers throughout the construction phases to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Review and interpret building plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Supervise the installation and testing of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.

Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify potential issues and ensure the highest standards of construction are met.
