The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Regional City Planning team as a Senior Statutory Planner. The role represents an opportunity to work collaboratively alongside a team of planning professionals to deliver real results for our community.

As part of the Statutory Planning team, you will provide input into strategic planning and policy issues and implement the statutory planning functions of Council.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Processing a variety of planning permit applications including subdivisions, multi-dwelling developments, industrial and commercial developments across our municipality.
• Preparing and presenting submissions to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
