About the role

We are looking for people to join our Gippsland team as Support Workers in the community, part time positions are currently available to work with the community care team.
• As a support worker you will be supporting people with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, assistance in the community and being a companion
• Qualified support workers will also support clients with personal cares, assistance with mobility and prompting with medication
• Support clients to achieve their goals and make choices in partnership with other support networks.
• Promote customer choice, positive routines and activities ensuring they are meaningful to the customer

We have clients living at home in Warragul and surrounding areas. Where we can we will roster employees based on geographic location to minimize travel.
