Public Sector People are partnered with a council on Melbourne city fringe in the recruitment of a talented Instructional Designer to join the team on a consultancy basis.

This role will involve designing and developing instructional materials for both technical and non-technical deliverables, including Teams calling protocols, Customer Charter extension, and standards implementation.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver learning objects and artifacts using various modalities such as instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, videos, and digital resources.
• Define learning objectives and curriculums for key project deliverables, catering to diverse audience needs.
