About the Role: An exciting opportunity as a Composite Manufacturing Engineer. Lead engineering activities in manufacturing complex carbon fibre reinforced plastic structures. Ideal for candidates with 1-2+ years' relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
• Develop composite manufacturing processes and tooling.
• Accountable for technical aspects of continuous improvement plan.
• Conduct root cause analysis for troubleshooting.
• Stay updated on composite industry developments.

Requirements:
• Degree in relevant engineering discipline
• Strong background and knowledge of composite materials and manufacturing processes
• Experience with CAD software like 3DX or CATIA V5
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings
• Understanding of RCCA principles
