Your main responsibilities in the role
• UK point of contact with global development team working on system functionality, and lead on new software validation activities
• product enhancements through customer feedback
• thorough testing to identify potential issues.
• the creation of product educational content
• and maintenance of both technical and user documentation and procedures, for training and marketing purposes ensuring that they are kept up to date.
• train and support customers in testing new and enhanced software
• seek and remain aware of any pending changes in national clinical coding practice and the impact on software development

Skills and Experience
• depth knowledge of ICD-10 and OPCS and national coding rules and conventions
• knowledge of NHS Finance System; National Tariff and associated Healthcare Resource Groups
