• Greets and directs visitors to the appropriate area, routes incoming telephone calls, and provides general routine information upon inquiry.
• Receives and gives directions to persons who call or visit an activity or office.
• Provides information in person or over the telephone in response to inquiries concerning such matters as the identification, location, and general responsibilities of various organizations, facilities, activities, and personnel.
• Explains function and features of programs and services.
• May perform minor clerical duties, such as coordinate with vendors to meet at the gate to collect parts and orders for Auto Hobby.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
