Job Summary

Responsible for performing in Preventive Maintenance program (SAP-PM Module), work order system, spare parts management, and suppliers for PM / maintenance required.

Analysis and provide predictive maintenance of machinery in SPBT plant. execute and successful to implementation the maintenance program with Food safety required, safety and environmental programs.

Job Responsibilities
• Perform preventive maintenance as per SAP system schedule plan.
• TECO 100% PM work order required from SAP system schedule plan
• Perform preventive maintenance program and ensures the readiness of all the plant equipment in order to meet the production volume requirement.
• Perform troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance to repair.
• Make Preventive Maintenance program and recording in the SAP system for history tracking.
• Ready to make work instruction for new system and method of engineering required.
• Support Workshop required to make operation continue running.
