• Manage and improve the performance of the maintenance crews ensuring competencies and skills development to prepare successors
• Develop zero-base budgeted of maintenance; manage maintenance costs, apply ways to reduce costs without sacrificing quality, manage the AFR platform maintenance budget/cost by controlling the maintenance cost.
• Communicate and implement regulations, company goals, local permits, policies and procedures ;ensure up-to-date echnical documentation;optimize the internal processes and structures. Supervise personnel to apply them consistently and ensure ISO compliance for related activities.
