Job Summary

To ensure that the machine is operated in the most efficient, safe, economical and continuous way at its optimum capacity and proper maintenance and servicing of the machine is adequate and proper in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

It also embodies the assurance that proper sanitation of the machine and its surroundings are done before and after operations.

Job Responsibilities
• Ensure immediate correction and repair of the machine before, during and after operation to ensure and machine efficient run.
• To ensure that the cleanliness of the machine, facilities and its surroundings in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Follow good manufacturing practice (GMP), security and safety and good hygiene in the process area.
• Check and repair of machine / equipment periodically as per preventive scheduled plan or as necessary.
• Optimize usage all materials for machine assigned for reducing materials loss.
