Process vendor invoice including PO based invoices, non-PO based invoices and non-invoice payment request. Review of all documents for appropriate documentation and approvals prior to entry.
- To ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of invoice processing within the agreed KPI, in accordance to the established SOP/Policy and in compliance to the legal requirements.
- Responsible to check suppliers payments are properly match before posting and process the payment according to supplier’s payment terms and adhere to the payment cycles as stipulated.
- To interact closely with business owner to resolve incidences / discrepancies in prices, quantity and quality in a timely manner.
- To provide efficient and pro-active response to any queries of external vendor with good quality relationship and professional manner.
