We’re looking for an Ecologist with specialist skills in freshwater ecology to join our Wellington Team. We are keen to talk to candidates with at least 5 years’ professional consultancy experience who are considering a new challenge or looking to explore what might be next in their career.

About the role

As a senior member of our Ecology team, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, managing and delivery of a range of challenging and rewarding projects in the Wellington region and across the motu. You’ll work collaboratively with our clients, stakeholders, and multi-disciplinary project teams to provide expert ecological knowledge, advice, and support to ensure that great ecological outcomes are achieved for our clients. We encourage our teams to find innovative and pragmatic solutions to ecological issues based on sound science.

This role will have a mix of office-based responsibilities and field work; time away from the local office will be required.
