Job Description

Planet Pharma are currently partnered with a global Pharmaceutical company with continuous growth, who are looking for a Human Recourses Generalist to support their HR activities in their office near Cologne, Germany.

Main Responsibilities:
• Assist with HR all functions
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, contract and performance management
• Offer support and training to staff and managers on HR matters across the employee lifecycle
• Oversee the entire recruitment and onboarding process
• Develop and implement HR processes locally and globally
• Manage time and absence records
• Prepare payroll and monthly reports, and support data analysis and audits.
• Plan and execute employee events
• Conduct general admin tasks (negotiations, facility, car pool, insurance management etc)
