Job Description:

We are looking for you to join our team as a Recruiter (m/f/d) specialising in Active Sourcing (1 year). In this position, you will support our Talent Acquisition team in attracting the right talent for the production of life-saving medicines.

Core responsibilities include the following activities:
• Actively identifying and approaching qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Xing and social media
• Responsibility for the recruiting process for selected support areas
• Individual counselling and support for candidates throughout the entire recruiting process to ensure a sustainably positive candidate experience
• Preparation of offers and contracts in collaboration with HR
• Continuous network expansion and ongoing relationship management in the candidate market
• Participation in recruiting and employer branding projects in global interdisciplinary teams
