Your tasks and responsibilities:
Takes responsibility for the development, exploitation and maximization of the account penetration and profitable growth of the assigned key customer for one or more organizational units of the CS Sales.

1. Support line manager to achieve (over achieve) VIP KAM business growth, including GM% of OI, CCR etc.
2. Responsible for the service and coordiniation of Strategic level VIP. Including, group customver visit, dig out customer needs. Timely feedback according to VIP customer’s request and monitoring the service execution to VIP customers.
