As Brand Manager, Asia, you will increase brand awareness and increasing the market share of the paints and coatings category, detecting new business opportunities and capitalizing on market trends.

Key Responsibilities
• Translate brand elements into brand and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with PM to develop product proposition based on market insight and brand strategy.
• Develop promotional campaigns and tactical plans based on brand positioning and market insight.
• Manage campaign budgets, forecasts and expenses and evaluate cost effectiveness and results.
• Develop promotional activities to support commercial goals and directions of business
• Monitor market trends, research target segment markets and competitors’ activities.
• Responsible for online customer engagement & other assigned projects
• Lead creative development to ensure the outcome and effectiveness.

• Experience as Brand Manager in MNC, B2B2C industries.
