35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Manpower have a fantastic new opportunity for the right candidate to become an Business Representative (KYC), working with our client, a FTSE 100 Credit Card Company based in the heart of Brighton.

The Role

The position is an exciting opportunity focused on supporting the UK team in contacting customers to remediate their customer data in relation to UK Anti-Money Laundering regulations.

The primary responsibility of this role will be outbound calling to Business and Corporate customers to help them submit their relevant business information. An element of the role will be to route the customers internally if there are any servicing issues uncovered.
