| Salary £25,979-£29,777 Per annum | Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week |

This is an exciting opportunity to join an already established team, who welcome new ideas and initiatives. The remit is to provide advice, guidance and support to others in relation to securing employment and then with the correct in work support, sustain paid employment

We are Lancashire County Councils Employment Support Service, supporting people with various disabilities into paid employment.

The successful candidate will also market the service to employers across Lancashire and also engage with employer engagement with employers.

The core referrals tend to come from in house disability services, however we also support external contracts contracts with the Department of Work and Pensions.

There are key performance indicators for all staff, full support will be given from their team leader.
