1. Supervise a group of Engineer/Executive to achieve SQDCM target2. Implement maintenance system to ensure all requirement and target achieved3. Lead, control, command and provide guidance to manpower to achieve production and company goal4. Provide data information such as daily production report and perform analysis5. Fully utilize of 4M factors and eliminate 3M within work area6. Control of maintenance cost & losses7. To establish and coordinate Total Preventive Maintenance within work area8. Implement total 5S, Safety, FMEA and selective TPM9. To ensure the availability and implementation of SOP, procedures, line standard and regulation10. To monitor and control all tool, accessories, consumable and other facility available at all time11. Control and revise all documentation and SOP accordingly to Engineering Order (EO) change12.
