Salary: Base £95k Negotiable + Benefits + Bonus + Equity

Our client are a rapidly expanding and ambitious business. They are focussed on accelerating their growth with the appointment of an accomplished, experienced and highly driven Sales & Marketing Leader. The role will be accountable for growing the organisations sales and marketing capabilities, capable of achieving and surpassing their ambitious growth plans. This will be a hands-on leadership role and the individual will be accountable for influencing and originating senior relationships within key clients and markets of interest, significantly through the industrial sector. Along with the sales and marketing strategies, the role will also be accountable for driving the businesses social media and wider marketing engagement through multiple platforms.
