Salary: Market Rate

Hours: 07:30am - 16:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Your role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our Manufacturing team at our Needham site.

In this role you will work closely with the Yard team to ensure all paperwork is accurate and to make sure all consumables are counted and ordered when necessary. You will work with driver’s timesheets and assist with filing, stock counting and inputting.

You will be responsible for generating delivery notes ensuring documentation is available in good time for collection and that any special delivery instructions are communicated clearly to the driver. You will also check deliveries against the purchase orders and receipt, progressing any discrepancies with the purchasing department. You will demonstrate a high level of Health and Safety awareness at all times.
