Job Title: Administrator

Salary: Market Rate

Hours: 08:30am - 17:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Your role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join our team at our Needham manufacturing site.

The successful applicant will provide administrative support to the Sales Department and be one of the main points of contact for Account Managers, customers and prospective customer.

Meticulous, customer focused and able to work at pace, you will support the sales function by processing orders, quotes and resolving sales related queries and complaints.

Liaising direct with customers and the wider team, you will be confident with using the telephone and emails whilst remaining professional.

Experience in using Microsoft Office is also essential.
