Valard Construction is supporting another Quanta Services company in the hiring of an HR Generalist. The HR Generalist will report to the HR Director, and be the point of contact for all HR related items for Canadian operations. The role will be based out of Calgary, AB with consideration given to a hybrid work model.

Recruitment, Staffing & Onboarding
• Works collaboratively with hiring managers to create position profiles to attract qualified applicants
• Provide new offer letters to candidates and updates employment contract templates as required
• Creates and executes strategic recruitment plan to attract top talent based on the requirements of the position
