One of Scout's exciting new clients are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their team!

???? The Role:

Reporting to their Recruitment Manager, you will cover end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across, across a variety of locations across Southern England. Partnering with key stakeholders, you will effectively source the best talent for their teams, recruiting a mixture of volume roles within retail, hospitality and operations and more specialist roles within their head office.

???? Responsibilities:
• Screen applications
• Create strong shortlists of candidates
• Use recruitment resourcing tools, including: job boards, partnerships, social media and other initiatives to identify and engage candidates
• Ongoing development, maintenance, and engagement of our ATS - TeamTailor
• Deliver against recruitment team KPI’s (time to hire, quality of hire, retention, etc.)
