We are currently recruiting for 2 x Senior Accounts Payable for an extraordinary group of businesses and their suite of luxury brands.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a small dynamic finance team, the role will primarily be responsible for the clients companies function and have full ownership from the invoice processing to payment runs. The role will have cover and support with the other entities within the group so we are looking for a team player.

The responsibilities;
• Match invoices to purchase order / company trackers / stock systems
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and authorisation rules
• Nominal Ledger coding of invoices
• Process employee expense claims in line with company policy
• Prepare Weekly BACS run with supporting documentation
• Supplier payment allocations
• Supplier administration and set up
• Direct Debits management
• Liaison with supplier and internal buying team to ensure prompt resolution of queries
