Admin or Account Assistant

Skill Required:
• · Preparation of document invoices, bills, receivables, creditors and others
• · Skilled in resolving calculation.
• · Experienced in dealing with suppliers for the purchase of goods.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:
• · Prepare letter, organize and maintain files, records and report.
• · Follow up with the internal team on overdue invoices.
• · Assist in management calculation.
• · Assist in others administrative work.

Terms & Criteria:
• · Minimum qualification in Bachelor in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
• · Probationary period of 3 months.
• · Opportunity to be absorbed after the trial if the performance is encouraging.
