Responsibilities:
• Meet monthly and quarterly personal sales targets set by the Management.
• Participate in any sales event, roadshow, exhibition, and station at the sales gallery in accordance with the working hours and duty roster.
• Monitor and track sales processes effectively to close sales within the stipulated period.
• Assist purchaser in obtaining end-financing and arrange for necessary documents to be executed by purchasers with the Group's panel of lawyers.
• Prepare sales reports to be submitted to Immediate Superior on a weekly basis.
• Support Marketing team in implementation of sales & marketing programme.
• Attend to all matters pertaining to sales from initial inquiry to execution of documents.
