SCOPE OF ROLE:

Responsible for overall operations of assigned outlets and to maintain a high and consistent standard of service. Performs the role of a leader for an outstanding service team for guest at all time. Plan, direct and coordinate the operations of the assigned outlets. Responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability. Must also assist in lounges (F&B) whenever needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ability to maintain and develop an elegantly appointed environment, with superior staff, dedicated to an attentive, distinctive experience for all dining periods.
• Maintain a friendly yet unobtrusive manner with all guests.
• Possess a management ability that ensures a successful handling of the outlets.
• Ensure the correct and consistent service techniques for various meal periods will be demonstrated by all team members.
