Miles HR is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join a busy office located in Burnaby. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing phone calls, performing data entry, maintaining files, and assisting with various office tasks.
• 20 hours a week 9-1 or 1-5
• Monday - Friday
• 2 months plus could become a permanent opportunity

Duties:
• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate clients
• Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Maintain records and files in an organized manner
• Assist with billing processes
• Ability to work with discretion in dealing with confidential material
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
