Technician

Nature of the Job: Permanent position

Location: Based in Windhoek

Responsibilities:
• Attend to product replacements and tokens.
• test base units.
• Ensure warranty stock moves through the repair/replace cycle speedily.
• Repair stock.
• Ensure all broken units are neatly stacked in the warehouse.
• Work in Atlas to manage broken items and the recording thereof.
• Offload new inventory when required.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Clean your workspace at the end of the day every day.

Requirements:
• At least years of proven technical knowledge with hands-on experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Aptitude for manual work.
• Responsible, autonomous, dynamic and organized.
• Customer-oriented with ability to communicate with customers effectively (if needed).
• Analytical approach to problem-solving with strong attention to details.
