Nature of the Job: Permanent position

Location: Based in Windhoek

Reporting To the Office Manager

Responsibilities:
• Phone delinquent customers and arrange a payment plan.
• Ensure customers stick to the payment plan.
• Weekly reporting on success rate.

Requirements:
• At least years of proven debt collectors/bookkeeper knowledge with hands-on experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Aptitude for manual work.
• Responsible, autonomous, dynamic and organized.
• Customer-oriented with ability to communicate with customers effectively (if needed).
• Analytical approach to problem-solving with strong attention to details.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
