We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Site Manager to join our growing team. You will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of construction regulations, sustained resourcefulness, ability to manage large team of workers, and astuteness in managing suppliers, job contractors and clients.

In this assignment of Site Manager, your key responsibilities will be as follows:
• in charge of operations of the sites to which you are assigned to, working with contractors and subcontractors and ensuring the building contract runs as schedule
• plan, manage, coordinate, and supervise the construction process from the conceptual development stage when required through final construction on a timely and economical basis
• closely monitor any variation to contract and report to quantity surveyors
• advise on the selection of trade contractors to complete specific pieces of the project and oversee the performance of trade contractors.
