Debriefing Supervisor

Nature of the Job: Permanent position

Location: Based in Windhoek

Responsibilities:
• Ensures that drivers check the vehicle thoroughly before they go out of the yard using Pre-Trip Inspection Sheets.
• Collects the Pre-trip inspection sheets from the exit security gate and captures the information on the system.
• Ensures that all drivers complete the Post Trip Inspection Sheets when they return from a trip/route.
• Debriefs the drivers according to their Pre-Trip & Post-Trip inspection sheets.
• Reviews/reports on all completed documentation received from the drivers post trip. NB! Completed Trip Sheets.
• Take photos of the fleet if there are any defects or damages.
• Sorts the Pre & Post trip sheets according to their fleet/vehicle numbers and files the documentation for future reference.
• Files the photos along with the other trip documentation according to their fleet/vehicle numbers.
